Willis C. “Bill” Ruggles, 86

Willis C. “Bill” Ruggles, 86 of Middleburg, FL passed away Friday, November 11, 2022.  Bill was born in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Clayton and Ruth Ruggles and moved to Middleburg, FL from Chagrin Falls, Ohio in 1999.  He was an engineer for McDowell-Wellman where he worked on with NASA and on the Panama Canal projects.  While living in Ohio, Bill enjoyed golfing, boating on Lake Erie, and being a Cleveland Brown fan.

Mr. Ruggles was preceded in death by his son, Bradley Wheeler and is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda Ruggles, children, Eric (Nadine) Ruggles, Pamela (Jim) Mitchell, and Holley Siekkinen and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
