Timothy “Tim” Shane Windham, 54

Timothy “Tim” Shane Windham, 54 of Middleburg, FL passed away Friday, November 21, 2025.  Tim was born in Orlando, Florida and moved to Middleburg in 1989.  For the past 20 years, Tim has worked as a technician for Areosteam Cleaning Technologies where he was known for being a hard worker as well as working hard in his yard.

Tim was not one to be caught up in the fanfare of life but rather stayed his course and was a simple man who would give you the shirt off his back.  He had a heart of gold and was willing to help others who needed a hand up.

Tim was preceded in death by his mother Dolores “Dori” Windham, and is survived by his son, Kenneth (Morgan) Windham, daughter, Katelynn Windham, brother, Michael (Michele) Ball, nieces, Emily and Haili Ball, aunts, Karen Wilder, Debra Windham and Sharon Whitewolfe as well as many extended family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, November 24, 2025 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest with burial in Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery.  A time of visitation will be from 10-11:00 AM prior to services.  Chaplain Billy Beckett will officiate.
