Scott Thomas Williamson, 32, of Williston, ND passed away.  Scott was born in Charleston, SC and moved to the Clay County area as a child.  He attended Ridgeview High School where he enjoyed playing football.  Scott graduated in 2009 from Timberland High School in St. Stephen, SC where he played baseball.  He moved to Williston, ND in 2016 to work in the oil fields.  Scott always loved football, baseball, and fishing.  He was very funny, goofy, had a great sense of humor and was the life of the party.  Scott was an avid fan of Clemson football.  He had a big heart and loved his family very much.

Scott was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Berniece Williamson “Mama” and Joann Hall; grandfathers, Mel Hall and James Bencina.  He is survived by his son, Zavier Rafael Santiago Nieves; father, Rodney (Pamela) Williamson; brothers, Danny Williamson (Suzanne) and Bryan Asuncion (Shannon); sisters, Stephany Williamson and Aimee Portell (Robert); grandfather, Daniel Williamson “Papa”; grandmother, Barbara Bencina; aunts, Diane Bennett (Nelson), Brenda Nix (Henry), Debbie Dear (Willis), and Cynthia Myers; uncle, James Bencina, Jr. (Rose); 11 nieces and nephews; and many cousins, family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at Russell Haven of Rest Chapel with Patrick Martin officiating. Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00AM on Wednesday.
