Reparata “Rea” Pinto Bianco, 66

Reparata “Rea” Pinto Bianco, 66, of Pooler, GA passed away Monday, April 17, 2017.  She was born in Naples, Italy and moved to the Savannah, GA area in 1981.  She was of the Christian faith.  Rea was a devoted and compassionate mom who loved her kids more than anything.  They use the words “selfless, generous and pretty amazing” to described their beloved mother.  She never put herself first and respected others in all ways.  Rea was quick about everything she did, never wasting time.  She was full of life; a fun and energetic person.  She kept up with her grandkids and always had a loving smile on her face when with them.  She loved to cook – anything.  Her children describe her as the best cook in the world.

Rea was preceded in death by her parents, Ciro Pinto and Carolina Capuano Pinto; and is survived by her two daughters, Debora (Nicholas Higgins III) Bianco-Higgins and Veronica (Christopher Remion) Bianco-Remion; one son, Vladimiro (Jennifer) Bianco; four brothers, Gennaro Pinto, Gerardo Pinto, Bruno Pinto, and Giuseppe Pinto; three sisters, Rosa Smith, Rita Vignola, and Irma Gargiulo; and three grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held April 28, 2017 at 2pm at Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, 901 US-80, Pooler, GA 31322.

Arrangements are under the care of Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery, Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 2335 Sandridge Road, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043.  Family and friends may share their condolences at: www.RHRFH.com 904-284-7720
