Paula Ann Nolan, 78

Paula Ann Nolan, 78, of Green Cove Springs, FL, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026.  Born in Steubenville, OH, to John Jordan and Helen Crispino Jordan, Paula graduated from Catholic Central High School in 1966.  She enjoyed a 30-year career with AT&T, which led her to Virginia, where she spent much of her adult life before relocating to Florida four years ago.

Paula was loved and cherished by everyone who knew her for her servant’s heart and generous spirit.  Known for her hospitality, she loved entertaining friends and was always ready to lend a hand.  Paula treasured her family and relationships, whether with neighbors or extended family, and she valued her friendships deeply.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Jordan; and her sister, Deborah Gibson.  Paula is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years and best friend, Ronald Nolan; her daughter, Denise Doss; two beloved grandchildren, Logan Doss and Jillian Doss, who fondly called her “Grammy”; her nephew, Michael Gibson (Suzanne), and their children, Michael, Samuel, and William; her sisters-in-law, Carol Turner, Debbi Reiss; their children and grandchildren; and many beloved cousins. 

A mass and celebration of Paula’s life will be held at a later date in Mechanicsville, VA.
