Marilyn Jane Strauss Miller, 76

Marilyn Jane Strauss Miller, 76 of Fleming Island, FL died at home Saturday, May 20, 2023. Marilyn was born in Lansford, PA to the late Walter and Matilda Bogash Strauss. She grew up in Lansford enjoying the closeness of her family’s gatherings with a large extended family living nearby.

Soon after graduating from Kutztown (PA) University, Marilyn began her 35-year career as an American Airline flight attendant out of New York and Dallas Fort Worth. It was the beginning of a dream come true, for in her youth Marilyn would look out her bedroom window to the road below and talk of the places she would go.  She loved traveling the world, making many trips with friends and especially her beloved husband of 37 years, Bill. She was special to family and friends in need, always going beyond to be of help. Marilyn will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her sister Janice and is survived by her husband Bill Miller, sisters Joanne and Peggy, along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.

At Marilyn’s request there will be no service.
