Leonard “Lenny” Jay Dienoff, 78 of Neptune Beach, FL passed away Sunday, October 24, 2021.  Lenny was born in Akron, Ohio to the late Phillip and Faye Dienoff.  He grew up in Akron and moved to Neptune Beach 22 years ago.  After high school, Lenny served in the Army National Guard during the Vietnam War.  As a businessman, he was owner of El Cid Night Club in Akron, Sloopy’s , worked as a regional director for SCI and retired from his insurance company in 2018.  Lenny was avid golfer and could “out putt” the best.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Mr. Dienoff is survived by his wife of 22 years, Laura Dienoff, children, Mick (Shawna) Dienoff, Sheri Kohler, Rachel Miller and Charles Miller, sister, Rochelle Stone, six grandchildren, one great grandson, as well as many extended family.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, October 29, 2021 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest Funeral Home with burial in Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery.  Rabbi Mona Decker will be officiating.  A time of visitation with the family will be from 10-11:00 AM on Friday prior to services.
