Kenneth Ray “Ken” Fenstermaker, 74

Kenneth Ray “Ken” Fenstermaker, 74 of Fleming Island, FL passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2026.  Ken was born in Akron, Ohio to the late Paul and Josephine Mehok Fenstermaker and graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1970.  He worked in Ohio and North Carolina then moved to Fleming Island five years ago.  He worked for Conrad Corporation and Instron Corporation most of his career.

Ken never met a stranger, was always talkative, and outgoing.  He was a detail-oriented person, which ran in tune with his engineer brain to make sure everything worked as it should.

Ken enjoyed all sports; especially basketball, whether playing or watching.  One of his achievements was his ranking as a table tennis player.  Ken will be dearly missed by his family and many friends.

Mr. Fenstermaker is survived by his wife, Joyce Fenstermaker, son, Jason (Elise) Fenstermaker, daughter, Tonya (Tim) Frys, sister, Paula (Carl) Siglock, brother-in-law, Jim and Ruth Mitzel, sister-in-law, Joan and Dave Lambach, grandchildren, Mason and Brooks Fenstermaker, Harper and Kaden Frys, nieces and nephews, Amy and Eric Zavesky and their children, Zoe and Aria; and Robert “Bob” Siglock.

Memorial services will be held Hibernia Baptist Church, (Service date and time to be announced) 7100 US Highway 17, Fleming Island, FL  32003
