Kenneth Lawton “Kent” Burris, 63

Kenneth Lawton “Kent” Burris, 63 of Middleburg, FL passed away Wednesday evening, July 12, 2017. Mr. Burris was a native and lifelong resident of Clay County where he was owner and operator of K&G Construction before his retirement.  He was an avid Gator fan, enjoyed growing roses, and loved to fish.

Mr. Burris was preceded in death by his wife, Gail Burris and is survived by his daughter, Kendal Burris, two brothers, Glenn (Sherry) Burris, and Joey (Ramona) Burris, two sisters, Sharon (Kenny) Watson and Jodi (Victor) Palacios, and two grandchildren, Josh and Kylie.

Graveside Services will be held 10:00 AM Monday, July 17, 2017 in Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery with a visitation time with family from 9-9:45 AM at the funeral home.
