Jason Peter White, 5

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our son, Jason.

Jason Peter White, 5, of Green Cove Springs, FL passed away Sunday, October 30, 2022 at Wolfson Children’s Hospital of Jacksonville, FL after four days on life support following cardiac arrest.

Jason was born on September 1, 2017 to loving parents, Sarah and Val White of Norfolk, VA.  Jason put a smile on the faces of everyone he met with his sense of humor and friendly disposition.  He loved the sun on his skin and hugging trees.  All Super Heroes, Ghostbusters, art, and anything that involved being around family and friends always brought happiness to Jason.  He called everyone his friend and will be dearly missed.

Jason is survived by his parents, Val and Sarah, older sister, Leah, and a host of family and friends.

No services will be held at this time but will be announced when planned.

The family would appreciate all who knew Jason to share memories and remember the energetic boy we all knew.  The family asks that donations be made to your local children’s hospital in Jason’s name as they provide vital work and support to young lives and families.
