Frank Allan Freeman, 65

Frank Allan Freeman, born on October 20, 1959, in Gary, Indiana, passed away on May 12, 2025, in Orange Park, Florida. He was 65 years old.

Frank lived a life filled with passion, purpose, and unwavering faith. In 1996, he became an ordained minister—a calling that reflected his deep devotion to Jesus and his desire to share that love with everyone he met. Whether through a heartfelt sermon or a simple act of kindness, Frank made it his mission to spread the gospel and bring joy to others.

Frank had a larger-than-life presence and a heart to match. He was a devoted husband to Debbie Freeman and a loving father to Kristi Freeman, Kelli Freeman and her fiancé Alyster Longman, Tara Cox, and Nathan Cox. Frank cherished his role as a grandfather and found immense joy in spending time with his grandchildren, Isaac Moody, Karsen Longman, and Magnolia Longman. His family was the center of his world, and he carried the memory of his daughter Kati Freeman and son Kevin Cox close to his heart.

Frank’s passions were as vibrant as his personality. He loved bowling and cheering on the Chicago Bears with unshakable loyalty. Riding his Harley Davidson brought him freedom and peace, while collecting sports memorabilia allowed him to celebrate the games he loved. But above all else, nothing lit up Frank’s face more than playing with his grandbabies—those moments were among his most treasured.

He was known for keeping smiles on faces wherever he went. His warmth was infectious, his laughter unforgettable. Frank loved like Jesus loved him—fully, generously, and without hesitation. He wanted all to know the Love of Jesus! May Frank’s memory continues to inspire love, laughter, and faith in all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025, from 2:00 PM at Russell Haven of Rest Funeral Home, a time if visitation with the family will begin at 1:00PM, before the service. Following the service we will lay him to rest next to his baby girl Kati at Magnolia Cemetery in Orange Park, Florida. (1040 Kinsley Ave., Orange Park, FL 32073)
