Deborah Vaiden White, 68

Deborah Vaiden White, 68 of Middleburg, FL passed away Monday, January 4, 2021.  Deborah was born in Petersburg, Virginia to the late Joseph Ferdinand and Gladys Madeline Ellington.  She grew up and graduated from high school in Petersburg and moved to Middleburg, Fl in 1986.  For several years, Deborah worked with medical records in doctor offices, with Blue Cross Blue Shield, and in a hospital.  She also worked with Landstar Trucking Company and her last employment was with Challenge Enterprises in Green Cove Springs, FL where she retired after 10 years of service.

Throughout life, Deborah had many accomplishments with home schooling her daughter, Amy and grandchildren at the top.  She also enjoyed crocheting, reading, bird watching, gardening and spoiling her dog “Buddy”.

Mrs. White was preceded in death by her brother, Bradford Ellington and is survived by her husband of 34 years, David White, daughters, Lara Davis (and her father, Joseph Oates), Amy White, Anna White and P. Cristen White, brother, Donald Ellington, sisters, Roberta Holland and JoAnne Ellington, and two grandchildren, Jonathan and Hannah.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, January 7, 2021 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest with Rev. Ron Baker officiating.  Burial will follow in Russell Haven of Rest Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be from 1-2:00 PM prior to services.
