Deborah Marlene “Debbie” Trimble, 59

Deborah Marlene “Debbie” Trimble, 59, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016. Mrs. Trimble was born in Columbus, Ohio, raised in Eastern Kentucky, and moved to Clay County, Florida in 1988.

Debbie was a member of Staffordsville Freewill Baptist Church in Staffordsville, Kentucky. She loved making quilts and anything to do with crafts. She was an amazing decorator and in her free time she enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Her most precious roles in life were being a mother and full time “Grammie” to five beautiful grandchildren. She retired from the Clay County School Board as a media technician, spending many years at Bannerman Learning Center and later Shadowlawn Elementary School. She touched the lives of many over the years. She also enjoyed spending time with her beloved dog, Harley.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Salyers. Debbie is survived by her mother, Jane Salyers, of Oil Springs, Kentucky, and her husband of 39 years, Larry Trimble; three daughters, April Vincent (Jarret), Autumn Trimble, and Dawn Amber Trimble; one brother, Joseph Ray “JR” Salyers (Lisa); one sister, Jody Wheeler; and grandchildren, Taylor and Tanner Cornish, and Jackson, Abigail and Amelia Vincent.

A time of visitation with the family will be held Friday, December 9, 2016 from 5-7 pm in the chapel of Russell Haven of Rest. Funeral services will follow in Kentucky at a later date.
