Daniel Wilson “Dan” Bazemore, 68

Daniel Wilson “Dan” Bazemore, 68 of Fleming Island, FL passed away Monday, August 31, 2020.  Dan was born in Tampa, FL to the late Jesse and Eloise Kauffman Bazemore.  He moved to Fleming Island 22 years ago and was a member of Christ Church Fleming Island.  Mr. Bazemore was a veteran of the US Navy, enjoyed fishing, and had a kind gentle nature with a beautiful spirit.  He loved his grandchildren who affectionately called him “Popi”.

Mr. Bazemore was preceded in death by his son, James Martin and is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sandy Bazemore, son, Brad Martin, daughter-in-law, Nikki Martin, sister, Julie (Bill) Bancroft, grandchildren, Allie, Casey and Thomas, nephew, Danny and many extended family and friends.

Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, September 5, 2020 in Christ Church Fleming Island, 1859 Town Hall Circle, Fleming Island, FL with Pastor Todd Bussey officiating.
