Dana Ruth Allen, 68

Dana Ruth Allen, 68 of Middleburg, FL passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021. Dana was born in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina to parents A.H. and Betty Jo McMurtrey. Dana spent many years living in South Carolina, Arkansas and Florida as she raised her children and grand children. Dana gained her Master’s degree in accounting from University of North Georgia . She enjoyed quilting and crocheting. She loved anything Noah’s ark related, as well as animals, which she had many of over the years. Dana was a huge fan of the Georgia Bulldogs.

Dana was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years Phillip Allen; and daughter, Lynn Wood. She is survived by her son Jason Young Daughter in Law Tina Young; sister, Alice McMurtrey and many grandchildren.
