Brian Allen Coulter, 49

Brian Allen Coulter, 49, of Orange Park, FL passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023.  Brian was born in Providence, RI to Isabelle DeFazio Coulter and the late Joseph Giarrusso.  He graduated from Johnston Senior High School in Johnston, RI and lived there until 2018 when he moved to Florida.  His working years were spent as a cable technician for Cox Cable and Charter Communications.  Brian was a simple guy who was funny and had a good sense of humor.  He was a huge New England Patriots fan.  Most importantly, his daughter was his whole world.

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Giarrusso.  He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Melissa DiChiaro; his daughter, Nora DiChiaro; his mother, Isabelle Coulter; two sisters, Ashley Coulter-Orsini (William) and Tricia Giarrusso Ullucci; as well as nieces, nephews, and other family members.
