Daniel R. Newton, 52
Daniel Robert Newton, 52, passed away on November 29, 2025. A lifelong Floridian, Dan was born in Daytona, Florida, to his mother, Mary Salvacion, and father, Troy Newton.
Dan built a successful and respected career in the electrical industry—a path he discovered after helping a neighbor with a small project that ignited a passion he would carry throughout his life. He worked for Adkins Electric as a project manager before joining T&M Electric, where he proudly served as Vice President of Commercial Sales. Known for his dedication, professionalism, and warm personality, Dan earned the admiration of colleagues and clients alike.
Outside of work, Dan lived life with energy and enthusiasm. He loved NASCAR, all things Daytona, riding motorcycles, and spending time behind the wheel of his Corvette. He and his wife, Colleen, shared a love for travel and treasured exploring new places together.
Dan’s favorite way to greet the day was by rising early, grabbing a cup of coffee, and heading to the beach to watch the sunrise. He always preferred sunrises over sunsets, embracing those peaceful moments before the world awoke. A romantic at heart, he delighted in showing appreciation for his wife and family. Those who knew him will forever remember his generous spirit, willingness to help others, and the joy he found in life’s simple pleasures.
Dan was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Salvacion, and sisters, Karen White and Sharon Newton.
