Kristian Peter Aalberg, 67
Kristian Peter Aalberg, 67 of Middleburg, FL passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019. Kristian will be remembered for his kind, wonderful ways always willing to be of service to anyone who needed him. He had an infectious smile and was always happy. Mr. Aalberg was born in Caldwell, New Jersey, where he grew up, and moved to Casselberry, Florida in 1968 and later moved to Clay County in 1987. Kristian worked with Maudlin International selling semi-trucks and had a love for anything related to cars including car shows in Daytona Beach and NASCAR Racing. He also loved his condo at Ocean Walk in Daytona Beach. He became an Owner of 1st Choice Real Estate LLC in 2010 when he joined his wife as a Real Estate Broker. Together they have made home ownership possible for hundreds of families who always become their friends. When he relaxed he enjoyed being “Pa” to his grandchildren, filling his smoker full of delicious meats, cooking delicious food to share with family and friends. He is always told “that is the best beef brisket I have ever eaten”. He also loved doing anything with his tools.
Mr. Aalberg was preceded in death by his parents Jan Henry and Leola Aalberg, Father-in-Law Ernest Wild, brothers, Peter and Walter Aalberg. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Priscilla Wild-Aalberg, son, Michael (Hollie) Aalberg, brother, George Aalberg, grandchildren, Sterling, Cala, Chasen and Amiya (and her mother Sharon), Nieces Emily and Hattie Wild, great granddaughter, Quinn, mother-in-law, Mary Wild and brother-in-law, Michael Wild.
In lieu of flowers, a go fund me account has been set up under “Our precious Kristian” if you would like to donate.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 2, 2019 in the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest with Bishop Tom Price officiating. Visitation with family will be from 10-11:00 AM on Saturday.
